Tractors are produced through disassembly, modification, and processing. It is suitable for pole pay-off, traction hoisting, transportation and other operations in the construction of transmission lines, and it is equipped with single and double drums.
The tractor winch is restructured by using a large tractor as the driving force.
Its characteristics:
1. Keep the original driving function. (After restructuring the winch and driving separately)
2. The power output shaft drives the winch mill reducer to drive the winch drum to run.
3. The whole machine has compact structure, light and flexible operation, good maneuverability and reliable braking.
The main purpose:
1. Retract and release wires during power line construction.
2. Drag the cable during the cable line construction.
3. The traction when the tower is erected as a whole can also lift heavy objects.。
4. A trailer can be hung on the rear of the vehicle.
It is widely used for the traction and release of power cables, and the traction and release of overhead wires. 10KV, 35KV, 110KV, 220KV line installation and erection.
The self-provided walking part of the tractor can be equipped with a carriage for convenient transportation. There are three drums on both sides. One side is a "V" type that can pull ordinary steel wire rope or nylon rope, and the other is a large-diameter reel with grooves that can pull non-twisted steel wire rope. The tractor tractor can be operated on the seat or on the ground; the tractor tractor can be equipped with a winding and arranging device; the tractor box has a clutch and pull fork, and the tractor and the tractor box are separated when driving; it is more flexible when towing the winding wire; with With auxiliary support, the tire pressure is reduced during traction, the whole machine is stable, and the braking performance is superior.

Before using the construction vehicle, the user must read the tractor and construction vehicle instruction manuals carefully, and shall not operate in violation of regulations and overload use.
(1) Start the diesel engine, put the diesel engine in idling state, press the clutch, enter the low-speed gear, and then put the clutch in semi-linkage, pull the right joystick, pull it back to the "walking" position, so that the walking gear meshes In place.
(2) Move the left handle backward to the "same" position.
(3) Loosen the clutch to move and shift gears.
二、Towing operation method：
(1) Pull the right handle of the tractor forward to the position of "Wringing".
(2) Move the left handle forward to the "straight" position, so that the winch gearbox is connected to the power.
(3) Change the gear lever and select the speed.
(4) Pull the ground cable forward on the pull ring on both sides of the tractor's front axle and the shackle on the lower side of the rear axle box connecting plate to fix the tractor.
(5) Wind the traction steel rope from the tractor gearbox into the single or double drum. The number of windings is 5-6. Finally, the steel rope is drawn from the bottom, and the tail rope is pulled back by a person according to the traction force. The steel rope winding drum must be "top in and bottom out".
(6) Start the tractor in an idling state, and use the tractor speed control handle to carry out the traction speed adjustment and reverse gear operation, and then the traction operation can be carried out.
(7) During construction, when braking and grinding the core, just step on the "clutch" with your foot.
(8) When the steel rope enters the engineering vehicle, it must be "back in and out" from behind the tractor.
(9) Double-drum traction machine, the steel rope can not only be wound on one drum, it needs two drums to be used together.
